Topic: RE: which dr. is best for my location
I live in Crothersville,IN near Seymour. Schneck Hospital has a GREAT bariatric program. Dr Robert Cooper is the surgeon who performs the procedures. He does lap band, RNY and gastric sleeve. His office is great and the bariatric dept and the hospital gives you great support.
Blessings to you all, Leah
Topic: RE: Home from the hospital and a WOW moment
Glad you are both home and Noah is getting all the love and hugs he deserves. and you are amazing! Way to go losing the "baby fat". Get lots of rest and enjoy hugging those boys.
Topic: which dr. is best for my location
Hi. I'm near Columbus, Indiana. I have thought about Columbus Regional Hospital, but I've heard Dr. Inman at Clarian North is the best. I don't want a long drive though. Any suggestions???
Topic: RE: Evansville area?
Yep, I should buy stock. My husband wants lunch from there almost every day.

Topic: Monday
Good Monday morning.
I have bloodwork today. Not looking forward to it, as I was turned away Friday at a blood donation for my iron being too low. First time since surgery that I am faithfully taking my suppliments...and my iron is low. GRRRRRRR That makes Char not a happy camper!
Hope your Monday is spiffy!

Topic: RE: Races anyone?
I've not really heard of this. I started at 399lbs and waited until I was about 280lbs to 300lbs before I started to run....really more of a jog. Whenever you do start running remember to take it easy. No matter what weight it will take some time to get use to it. Here is a like to a great running program it's called couch to 5K. It works really well. www.c25k.com Good luck to you.
